Absolutely. We use industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. Your card or UPI details are never stored by us.

We usually dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Depending on your location in India, it should reach you within 5–10 business days.

Currently, we only ship within India.

Yes! Our soaps and shampoos are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality natural ingredients. Because they are handmade, you might notice slight variations in color or shape.

Handmade soaps are rich in natural glycerin. To make them last longer, keep them in a well-drained soap dish and allow them to dry between uses.

We provide a detailed ingredient list for every product. If you have a sensitive scalp, we recommend checking the description or doing a patch test first.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.

We are sorry about that! Please record an unboxing video and send it to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
