Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Welcome to Nishkalmasha. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade soaps and shampoos. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol to ensure the safety of all our customers.

No Return Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, we follow a “No Return/No Exchange” policy once a product has been delivered in good condition.

• We cannot accept returns of soaps or shampoos once the packaging has been opened or the seal is tampered with.
• We do not offer returns based on personal preferences such as scent, texture, or “change of mind.”

Damaged or Wrong Products

We will provide a replacement or a full refund only in the following cases:

• Damaged in Transit: The product arrived broken or leaked significantly.
• Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
• Defective Product: There is a clear manufacturing defect.

Requirement for Claims: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged/wrong product within 24 hours of delivery. Please email these to nishkalmasha26@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9311383900.

Refund Process

Since Nishkalmasha operates on a Prepaid-Only basis (No Cash on Delivery), all refunds will be processed as follows:

• Original Source: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
• Timeline: Once your request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect the amount in your account.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Allergies and Sensitivity

Nishkalmasha is not responsible for individual skin reactions to specific ingredients.

• All ingredients are listed on our website and product labels.
• We highly recommend a patch test before full use. If you have known allergies, please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.
