These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Nishkalmasha website and the purchase of any products from it. By using this website, you agree to these terms in full.
A. General Conditions
Handmade Nature: Since our soaps and shampoos are handmade, slight variations in color, weight, shape, and scent may occur. These are not defects but a hallmark of artisanal products.
Pricing: All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
B. Payment & No COD Policy
Prepaid Only: Nishkalmasha operates on a 100% prepaid model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment Failure: We are not responsible for payment failures resulting from bank issues or incorrect details entered by the user.
C. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Delivery Timeline: While we aim for delivery within 5–7 days, Nishkalmasha is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or natural disasters.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
D. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
